Privacy policy

Clear handling of account, licensing, and support data.

This policy explains what PropulsionLab processes, why it is needed, which service providers are involved, and the choices available to you.

EFFECTIVE · 16 SEPTEMBER 2026

This policy applies to the website, customer account, evaluation workflow, licensing, protected downloads, and the PropulsionLab desktop application.

1. Controller and contact

PropulsionLab is operated by Mosab Alraiqib, an individual developer based in Türkiye. For privacy questions or personal-data requests, contact info@propulsionlab-simulator.com.

2. Data we process

  • Account and identity data: name, verified email address, account identifier, and session information.
  • Evaluation and support data: organization, country, intended use, license interest, request content, and technical information you choose to provide.
  • Purchase and license data: product, amount, currency, payment status, provider transaction identifiers, license plan, and start and expiry dates.
  • Device and security data: device label, cryptographic device identity or public key, activation and validation times, license status, and security records.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser headers, and error records that hosting providers may process to operate and secure the service.

3. Desktop engineering data

Motor inputs, grain geometries, simulation results, curves, and local run files are not automatically uploaded to PropulsionLab servers. They remain on your device unless you deliberately send them to us for support.

4. Why we use data

  • Verify your account and provide secure sign-in.
  • Review evaluation requests and communicate their outcome.
  • Verify payment, generate a license, and authorize protected downloads.
  • Manage device activations, offline license status, and misuse prevention.
  • Provide support, send transactional email, and meet legal obligations.

5. Service providers and sharing

We share only the data needed by limited service providers, including Clerk for authentication, Lemon Squeezy for payment and tax processing, Resend for transactional email, and Cloudflare for secure hosting and storage. PropulsionLab does not sell or rent personal data. Microsoft may separately process Store acquisition and installation data under its own privacy terms.

6. Payment information

Payment-card details are processed by Lemon Squeezy. PropulsionLab does not store your full card number; it may receive payment status, amount, currency, and a transaction reference needed to provide the license.

7. Retention

Account, license, transaction, security, and support records are retained for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized, subject to applicable backup and legal-retention requirements.

8. International transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries outside Türkiye. Where this occurs, provider contracts and applicable data-protection safeguards are used.

9. Security

We use measures such as encryption in transit, server-side authorization, signed license proof, restricted administrative access, and security records. No internet service can be guaranteed completely risk-free.

10. Your rights and choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, or restriction of processing. You may also request information about your account and license. Some transaction and license records may need to be retained for legal, security, or contractual reasons.

11. Children’s privacy

PropulsionLab is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly seek to collect their personal data.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be published on this page with a new effective date.
